Refund policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

FULL REFUND if your order is cancelled at least one week (7 days) from due date.

PARTIAL REFUND (50%) if your order is cancelled four (4) to six (6) days before due date.

NO REFUND if your order is cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) prior to due date.

If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however a refund will not be given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
